I am very fortunate to work with someone who makes me happy to get up at the crack of dawn. Read the list of good traits my boss demonstrates.

4. Publicly introduces me to those I have not met
5. Informs me of any changes to projects
6. Explains the big picture on new assignments
7. Gives me more responsibility to further my career
8. Explains what is needed and then lets me do it
9. Shows interest in my life outside of work
10. Periodically asks if I am reaching my goals
11. Is always available for me to ask questions
12. Encourages me to attend meetings and seminars
13. Makes sure I receive credit when deserved
14. Inquiries if I need help with anything
15. Makes working fun
Now, why would I want to leave? I don't know about your work atmosphere but, I'm really happy right where I am.
